About me
Randy Heart, born on October 31, 1984, in Portsmouth, Virginia, and raised in Macon, Georgia, is an acclaimed American artist and entrepreneur. The son of two U.S. Navy veterans, Randy’s early exposure to diverse cultures in Italy and Puerto Rico inspired his love for art and vibrant expression.
In his youth, Randy showcased an entrepreneurial spirit by designing and selling T-shirts. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from American University in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2007, he embraced his passion for graffiti art, creating Parker Cloud in 2010. This character, along with others like Billow, forms the heart of The Parker Cloud Story, a platform that inspires creativity and motivates young people to pursue their dreams.
Through murals, workshops, and community engagement, Randy spreads positivity and encourages others to use creativity as a path to success. His work serves as a testament to the power of imagination and determination to transform lives and communities.
